The Graphic User Interfaces
Graphic User Interface Definitions
If you have followed any of our tutorials, you will have noticed that we use a great deal of ArcView screen captures to illustrate the principles and operations involved. We understand that you, as a teacher, may wish to use graphics like these to enhance your own ArcView GIS exercises. To this end, we have assembled a set of graphics, along with names and descriptions to help you along.
NOTES
- To download the graphics on the following pages, click your right mouse button on the graphic, and choose "Save Picture As...".
- Some of the GUI elements (buttons, tools and menus) are clickable - they lead to the corresponding dialogue boxes!
- The GUI elements contained within these pages are based upon ArcView 3.0a in a Windows 95 / NT environment. Graphic User Interfaces may differ with operating system.
